Pressfield leaves the ancient world for WWII

Click on the book cover to the right to be taken to a new (July, '07) interview with Steven Pressfield about Killing Rommel, which Doubleday will publish in April 2008.

The novel is set in WWII during the North Africa campaign of 1940-43. It tells the story of a behind-the-lines operation conducted jointly by two British special forces outfits -- the Long Range Desert Group and the SAS -- whose aim was to locate and kill the commander-in-chief of Panzerarmee Africa, Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, the Desert Fox.

The interview will be augmented and updated regularly between now and publication.
